Best Western Plus North Las Vegas Inn & Suites, Las Vegas

The hotel rooms were exceptional, offered at a great rate, and conveniently located across the hall from the train track side. My stay must have a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a working heating and cooling system. The service was very helpful with any questions about the area, coming from Mississippi, showing professionalism and pleasantness. The location, while not very pleasant and somewhat unsafe, was away from the city but close to the Smith Center. The dining experience exceeded expectations during breakfast, and the facilities were great.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nellis Air Force Base and the Las Vegas Motor and Race Track, making it ideal for outdoor sports enthusiasts. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and pillows, but there was a slight odor. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we had to amend our plans due to luggage issues. The industrial area location, close to freeway and with a freight train rail nearby, may cause noise disturbances. The hotel dining was good overall but lacked variety in options. The facilities were satisfactory.

This hotel is close to the train tracks, but surprisingly clean. The rooms were exceptionally clean, even in the corners, which I really appreciated. The service was friendly and welcoming, although they could have been more informative about the annex building across the street. The location is a bit out of the way at first but well-kept and surrounded by business parks. The dining options were good with many selections available. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
